Welcome to Catzo Club. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Catzo Club website.

1. ABOUT CATZO CLUB

Catzo Club is an independent fashion brand creating handmade clothing, accessories, ears, tails, harnesses, lingerie, and other statement pieces.

All Catzo Club products are designed by Catzo Club and produced at our own production facility in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Although our production is located in Saint Petersburg, Russia, these Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and Catzo Club are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making a purchase subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Please carefully check your order before completing your purchase, including:

• product and variant;
• size;
• color;
• customization options;
• shipping address;
• contact information.

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it according to the applicable production schedule.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many Catzo Club products are made to order.

The production time for made-to-order products is from 20 business days.

The stated production time refers only to the time required to manufacture your order. It does not include shipping time.

Production may occasionally take longer due to workload, holidays, material availability, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By purchasing a made-to-order item, you acknowledge and accept that it requires production time before it can be shipped.

4. READY-TO-SHIP PRODUCTS

Products identified as ready to ship are normally prepared for dispatch within 3 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Ready-to-ship status refers to the preparation time before dispatch and does not include shipping or customs transit time.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS & CUSTOMIZATION

Any product that has been customized or modified at the customer’s request is considered a custom order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• custom colors;
• custom sizing or measurements;
• modifications to the original design;
• additional or removed details;
• custom combinations of materials;
• personalized requests;
• custom-made products.

All custom orders and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please make sure that all customization details provided to us are correct before placing your order.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

An order may be cancelled within 7 calendar days of the order being placed.

After this period, the order may already have entered production and cannot be cancelled.

Once the 7-day cancellation period has expired, the order is considered final and will proceed to production and fulfillment.

This cancellation policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All Catzo Club sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

• change of mind;
• incorrect size selection;
• incorrect color selection;
• personal preference;
• the product being different from what the customer expected;
• failure to read the product description;
• failure to check the size information;
• ordering an incorrect variant;
• no longer wanting the item;
• delays caused by postal or customs services.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless a remedy is required by applicable law.

Custom and customized products are subject to the additional restrictions described above.

Sale items are also final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law.

8. SIZING

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size.

Please carefully review the relevant size chart and product information before placing your order.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

If you are unsure about your size, please contact us before placing your order.

9. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from our production facility in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Shipping times are estimated to be from 4 weeks, depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, postal services, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Production time and shipping time are separate. For made-to-order products, the applicable production period must be completed before the order is dispatched.

10. THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING SERVICES

Once your order has been dispatched, the shipment is handled by third-party postal and delivery services.

Catzo Club is not a postal or courier service and cannot control the actions, schedules, procedures, delays, routing decisions, customs processing, or handling of third-party carriers.

We therefore cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays, interruptions, loss, damage, or other issues caused by third-party shipping providers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Tracking information may be provided where available.

11. SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

If an order has been shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs required to resend the package are the customer’s responsibility.

Catzo Club is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer.

12. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Catzo Club does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Refusal to pay applicable customs duties or taxes does not create an automatic right to a refund.

13. LOST, DELAYED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

Because delivery is performed by third-party shipping providers, Catzo Club cannot guarantee the delivery schedule of any shipment.

If a package is delayed, returned, held by customs, or otherwise affected by the carrier or customs authorities, we will provide reasonable assistance with available tracking or shipping information.

However, such circumstances do not automatically entitle the customer to cancel an order or receive a refund.

If a package is returned to Catzo Club because of an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, refusal to accept delivery, or similar circumstances caused by the customer, any additional shipping costs for resending the order are the customer’s responsibility.

14. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Catzo Club products are handmade.

Minor variations in texture, color, pattern, placement of materials, hardware, or other small details may occur between individual pieces.

Such variations are a natural characteristic of handmade production and do not constitute a defect.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your monitor, device, lighting conditions, and other display settings.

15. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, measurements, and other information on the website are accurate.

However, minor errors, inaccuracies, or changes may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information when necessary.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Catzo Club website is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

• Catzo Club designs;
• product designs;
• photographs;
• graphics;
• illustrations;
• logos;
• trademarks;
• product names;
• text;
• website design;
• original artwork;
• other visual and creative materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Catzo Club’s designs or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Purchasing a Catzo Club product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design to the customer.

17. WEBSITE USE

The Catzo Club website and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized by Catzo Club.

You may not:

• reproduce or copy website content for commercial purposes;
• use Catzo Club photographs or designs without permission;
• reproduce Catzo Club products or designs for commercial purposes;
• attempt to interfere with the operation of the website;
• use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
• remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where these Terms are violated.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Catzo Club shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the website, purchase of products, shipping delays, customs procedures, or actions of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. FORCE MAJEURE

Catzo Club shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, without limitation, natural disasters, war, governmental actions, sanctions, international transportation disruptions, postal disruptions, customs restrictions, epidemics, labor disruptions, material shortages, power outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on this page at the time of your order will generally apply to that order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or an order placed through Catzo Club shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the State of Florida, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
